Richard Waid is a spectacular realtor.  I seldom write reviews, because people seldom meet or exceed my expectations.  I am compelled to write this review because Rick exceeded my expectations.  Rick is a very knowledgeable realtor, he will work very hard for you and do his best to obtain the maximum on the sale of your condo or house.  I enlisted him to be the realtor after he was given to me as a referral.  The referral came from an agent in a different city that i totally trust.  My situation was complicated because I live out of town from the condo I was selling in Sarasota.  What you need to know is Rick is easy to reach, extremely knowledgeable, great at marketing, gives great advice, extremely hard working (actually made several trips to the condo to take care of things that I could not do being out of town), has a great list of people if you need any work done, & extremely helpful in negotiation and moving the sale forward.  One of the best things is that he has an easy-going, very positive and pleasant demeanor and is an absolute pleasure to work with.  I have dealt with thousands of contractors, clients, and sales agents in my life…I rate Rick in the top 1%.  I highly recommend Rick and it would be a pleasure to use hime again!!!  If you’re thinking of selling your property, condo, house, look no further Rick will exceed your expectations!!!”
