Saying Thank You Seems Woefully Inadequate

I could not have hoped for a better experience with a realtor.  I had not been a homeowner in several years and my situation was complicated, unique and full of restrictions.  You didn’t let that stop you from finding the perfect place for me.  You must have shown me 30 plus properties over the past few months.  You never tired of meeting my schedule while being patient and understanding. I’m sure you had other clients concurrently, but I never knew it.  I always felt I had your undivided personal attention.  you were consistently prompt in response to my questions and always went above and beyond my expectations. (Even after the close, you were instrumental in getting a warranty claim initiated on the AC and went so far as to set up an online account for me to track it.)  You have been perfectly professional, kind and caring, exhibiting the best of customer service.  It is evident that you love what you do.  Even though you had never met, you and [my mortgage broker] made a great team and you worked well together.  I felt we were all on the same page throughout the process and you both worked very hard towards a common goal.  Ultimately, I ended up in a beautiful home that meets my needs and I no longer throw money away on rent.  I didn’t think home ownership was possible given my situation and circumstances.  You two made it possible for me!  Saying “thank you” seems woefully inadequate.  I cannot express how grateful I am for everything you’ve done.  It’s been a pleasure getting to know you and working with you.  I will highly recommend your services every chance I get to do so.  Please let me know if I can ever be of help to you.  Thanks again, my friend,
