People say buying a house can be overwhelming. Let me tell you, selling and buying simultaneously can definitely be stressful at times. But Rick was amazing. He drove up to meet with us and walked us through a complicated process in a way that made it easy to understand. He gave us great tips on how to make our house more suitable for the market, the best part was he helped us get more bang for our buck. Within a few weeks he was back taking pictures of our house, within 24 hours we had 15 showings. He worked with us on scheduling since we have two school age kids.
When we lost our first buyer because of concerns with the inspection he quickly moved to work up a new offer. Rick stayed in constant communication with us, we never felt as if we didn’t know what was happening. He helped us through inspections, negotiations, and paperwork. In the end we sold our home and purchased our dream house.
